Tiffany studied nursing at University of Detroit Mercy obtaining her Bachelors in Nursing while also completing a spectacular amount of volunteer work in the healthcare field. She was trained as an injector by our RPS team to provide patients with quality care using Botox and facial fillers.
Amanda Doyle, BSN, Injection Specialist
Amanda received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. She began her career at various Michigan hospitals quickly becoming well-known for stellar patient care. She then went through rigorous training at RPS to become a nurse injector and enjoys helping people of all ages feel young again.
Maureen Carmody, BSN, Injection Specialist
Maureen studied nursing at Grand Valley State University obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Maureen is an expert at Botox and facial filler treatments, she has been a nurse for sixteen years functioning solely as an injection specialist for the past eight years. Her specialties include detailed medical and cosmetic evaluations, injections of Neurotoxins (ie. Botox) and facial fillers. Maureen has a flair for evaluating facial esthetics and structure for optimal treatment results.
Leah MacMartin, PA-C, Dermatology and Injection Specialist
Leah began her medical studies at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, obtaining a Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree. She’s been in private practice for nearly seven years focusing on dermatology and injectables. Her specialties include detailed medical and cosmetic evaluations, in-office surgery, recommendations for prescriptions and cosmeceuticals, injections of Neurotoxins (ie. Botox) and facial fillers. Leah is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. She provides stellar recommendations and treatments for skin conditions including Acne, Warts, Eczema, Psoriasis, Mole Removal, Active FX, and Skin Tags, and she is also a highly respected injector.
Michelle Palazzolo, Practice Manager
Michelle has over 24 years of experience in the medical field with Dr. Stefani and his partners. She manages all aspects of the medical practice at Renaissance Plastic Surgery and Spa Renaissance.
Rio Acho, Medical Assistant
Rio attended the Carnegie Institute where she participated in the Medical Assistant and Cardiovascular programs. She has 5 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field, three in family/internal medicine and two in dermatology and plastic surgery. She handles in-office patient care.
Donna Coleman, Medical Receptionist
Donna is a dedicated medical receptionist with over 20 years in healthcare, 15+ with Renaissance Plastic Surgery. She specializes in appointment scheduling, patient relations, disability (FMLA), medical records and most importantly waiting room entertainment!
