When are the medical directors in the office?
There is a staff physician/surgeon or PA (Physician Assistant) in every day, Monday through Friday. They also rotate and are on call Saturday and Sunday.
What men’s services do you offer?
Men are staying in the workforce longer, and thanks to modern medicine living longer. They enjoy most services offered at Spa Renaissance and Renaissance Plastic Surgery. Services include: eyelid surgery, facelift, neck lift, ear and nose surgery. Injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane. Many men enjoy a pedicure after a long day at the plant, office or golf course. Manicures are important for the businessman out there shaking hands with associates and customers. What kid’s services do you offer?
Children are always welcome in our family orientated facility. Birthday parties with manicures and pedicures are popular as well as children’s haircuts!

Do you do artificial nails?
We can accommodate a broken nail or fill-in but our Spa is committed maintaining LEED Green expectations and artificial nails are against such expectations.

How should I prepare for a waxing/threading treatment?
Ensure that the desired area is neat and clean, exfoliating will help rid the dead skin cells near hair follicles for easier removal. Hair in this area should be at least ½ -inch to 1-inch long.
How should I prepare for a spray tan?
Exfoliate the full body or desired area of tanning. Come to your appointment with clean, dry skin meaning no lotions or perfumes. Bring loose clothing as well as a hair tie (if you have long hair), flip flops or loose shoes, and an umbrella just in case it rains.
What is your cancellation policy? (Spa & Salon)
For spa parties and groups of four or more, a service fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-show appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows are defined as 72 hours prior to the first appointment time, resulting in a 100{b297e645577e0dd69ab7f3b1bc8d8a1e8222a82215a77a21e46c8d6c69a32592} non-refundable charge.
What happens if I am late?
Your treatment may get cut shorter than usual in order to fully respect the time of the next client.
Is gratuity included?
Our staff does not expect gratuity. The best compliment or tip is rescheduling and referring friends and family!
Do I have to make an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are recommended for most services in order to make the best use of your time.
